This Privacy Policy describes how Fox Factor collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit fox-factor.com or make a purchase from us. Throughout this policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to EOZ NV, trading as Fox Factor.

SECTION 2 - DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit fox-factor.com, we automatically collect certain technical information, referred to in this policy as Device Information. This includes your IP address and approximate geolocation, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs and exit pages, pages viewed and time spent on the site, date and time stamps of visits, and cookie identifiers (see Section 10).
We collect this information through cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels.

SECTION 3 - DATA YOU PROVIDE

When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect information referred to in this policy as Order Information. This includes your first and last name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.
Payment information is processed securely via our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

SECTION 4 - LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR ARTICLE 6)

We only process your personal data when we have a valid legal basis to do so.
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): we process Order Information to fulfil your purchase, arrange shipping, and send you order confirmations and invoices.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): we process Device Information to detect fraud, improve our website, and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. These interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where we use non-essential cookies or send you marketing communications, we rely on your prior, freely given consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): in certain circumstances we may be required to process your data to comply with applicable law, such as accounting and tax obligations.

SECTION 5 - ORDER FULFILMENT

We use your Order Information to process payments and detect fraudulent transactions, arrange delivery and shipping, send you order confirmations, invoices and shipping updates, and handle returns, complaints and customer support.

SECTION 6 - WEBSITE IMPROVEMENT AND ANALYTICS

We use Device Information to generate aggregated, anonymised analytics about how visitors use our site, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing campaigns, and to detect and prevent security threats and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with the following third-party service providers, who are contractually bound to protect it.
Shopify Inc. (e-commerce platform) processes Order Information to power our online store. Privacy policy

Klarna Bank AB (buy now, pay later) processes payment and order data when you choose Klarna at checkout. Privacy policy
INSERT NAME (payment processor) processes payment card data securely. We do not store full card numbers.
ShopWeDo (e-fulfilment) and our shipping carriers, INSERT NAMES, receive your name and delivery address to fulfil your order.
We may also disclose your data if required by law, court order, or competent authority.

SECTION 9 - INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some of our third-party service providers, including Shopify and Google, are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States and Canada.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions by the European Commission, or the provider's participation in a recognised data transfer framework.

SECTION 10 - COOKIES

SECTION 12 - DATA RETENTION

Order Information is retained for 7 years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Belgian accounting and tax law.
Customer support communications are retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction.
Marketing data, where consent has been given, is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months via Google Analytics; aggregated data is retained indefinitely.

SECTION 13 - YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following rights.
Right of access (Art. 15): request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16): request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

SECTION 15 - DO NOT TRACK

Our website does not currently alter its data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track signals from browsers.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on our website.
