Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, a flat €4.95 applies. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days in Europe and 4–5 business days outside Europe.
Exchanges & Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange your item(s), free of charge. Items must come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all Fox Factor tags attached and in their original packaging. Worn, altered, or washed items can't be accepted, and in-store purchases can't be returned via fox-factor.com.
Both full-price and sale items in original condition, with tags attached, qualify for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item doesn't meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Wrong size? It happens - and it's easy to fix. You have 30 days to exchange your item(s), free of charge. Just make sure it comes back in the same condition it arrived in.
How to exchange:
1. Pack the item(s) in one parcel - reuse your original packaging if you can.
2. Fill out the Exchange Form included with your order.
3. Email us at returns@fox-factor.com to request your free return label.
4. Follow the instructions from our team.
