  1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    Placing an order is easy and simple. Just follow these 4 easy steps:
    – Select your size (consult our size guide to find your perfect size).
    – Click add to cart and press the check out button.
    – Fill in the required information and select your payment method.
    – Now just click the order button and we’ll take over from here.

    We value your privacy, and store any information you give us with a secure high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software available for online transactions.

  3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Fox Factor accepts the following payment methods:

    Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
    The total will be charged to your credit card once the order has been placed.
    We take your online security very seriously. Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your personal and payment information. All transactions on our website are processed via a secure online payment gateway which means your data is safe and protected. 

    PayPal:
    You can also choose to pay for your purchase with the PayPal service.
    Upon confirmation of your purchase, please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site.
    If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. PayPal is a very safe method of payment. All your purchases are protected by PayPal’s Purchase Protection guarantee. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.

    Other payments methods are iDeal, Bancontact and Maestro.

  5. CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORER AFTER I PLACED IT?

    Place an order for the additional item you would like to order within an hour of placing your first order, and send us an email so we can ship your orders together.

  6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    We can cancel your order for you and send you a refund if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your orders.

  1. DO YOU HAVE FREE DELIVERY?

    We offer free worldwide delivery. Happy shopping!

  2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    It takes 1-3 workdays to receive your order in Benelux. For the rest of Europe, it takes up to 4-7 days to receive your order.

    For USA, Canada and the rest of the world, it may take up to 9-12 working days to receive your order.
    We use Postal service for all our standard deliveries. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. 
    Remember, shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We process your order from Monday to Saturday during our service hours. Your purchase will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment. During holiday season, please keep in mind that the postal services are busier than usual which may result in a slight delay when delivering your order.

  3. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

    As soon as we have shipped your order, you will be notified by email.
    This email will contain a tracking number which allows you to track the progress of your package.  You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

  1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
    –  Fill out the return form included with your order
    –  Pack and seal your order securely
    –  Adhere the return shipping address included with your return form
    –  Drop off the package at the post office
    –  Your return will be processed as soon as we receive your package.

  2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

  3. CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

    At this time we are not able to process exchanges for Fox Factor orders. Please return your original items and place a new order for the style you want.

  1. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER
    Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with another discount.

  2. WHY DOESN’T MY PROMOTIONAL CODE WORK?

    Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. Your code must be entered in the format in which it was received.
    It may help to clear your cookies and cache if your code is not working.
    Still not working? No worries, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service, and we’ll look for a solution.

  1. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
    We currently do not offer gift cards.
  1. CAN I SHOP THE COLLECTION IN STORE?
    We have partnered with various stores. Have a look at our Store Locator to find a store near you. Please contact stores for available styles and sizing, as this may vary. If you would like to make a purchase online and could use some help, we are happy to help.


    Please note that for the time being, there are only stores in Belgium and the Netherlands. Other countries will follow soon.
